Paul Woolford At The Works With PW And RRR!

British producer and dj Paul Woolford hails from Leeds in England and was deeply influenced by attending Back to Basics, the legendary club promoted by the larger than life Dave Beer. Eventually he became a resident at the club and that’s where Woolford honed his skills on the decks. He also started to tackle production, putting out tracks in 1999 with his friend, Tony Senghore. Move on twelve years and Woolford’s name is synonymous with intense electronic workouts that leave dancefloors across the world devastated and drenched in sweat.

He tours the world constantly and has released his music on a host of the best labels in the house and techno world, such as Cocoon, Poker Flat, 20:20 Vision, Planet E, Junior Boy’s Own and Subliminal. On top of this his remixes are also held in high regard, and artists like Gui Boratto, The Juan MacLean, Slam, Depeche Mode and Underworld have all benefited from the Woolford touch.

This Thursday, June 2nd, he will be working the ones and twos at the Works in conjunction with Relax, Relate, Release. Don’t miss this one!
